Job Title: Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation

Position Summary: They are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience in civil litigation to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, with a proven ability to manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in a variety of civil litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Provide legal counsel to clients and develop case strategies.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on complex cases.
- Maintain client communication and manage deadlines effectively.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in California; additional bar admissions are a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with [specific type of cases, e.g., commercial litigation, civil litigation, business litigation].
- Trial experience is highly desirable.
