Description: Leading Missouri mortgage creditor rights firm seeks full time litigation associate attorney for its Overland Park, Kansas office. The firm specializes in real estate matters and representing mortgage lenders. Primary duties will include real estate and mortgage related litigation matters.

Qualifications: Must be licensed by the Kansas Bar and be willing to become licensed in Missouri. Ideal candidate will have either four or more years of experience in foreclosure matters or three or more years of experience in litigation matters.
