General Liability Defense Attorney
Our client, a well-regarded law firm with a strong civil litigation practice, is seeking a dedicated and skilled General Liability Defense Associate Attorney to join their California team. This role offers an excellent remote opportunity for career growth within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload of general liability defense cases, including premises liability, personal injury, auto/trucking accidents, habitability, and construction defect.
- Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in trials.
- Provide strategic counsel and advocacy tailored to client needs.
- Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and optimize outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of post-Bar experience in general liability defense.
- Must be licensed in California, in good standing.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
