You'll Do
- Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of medical malpractice defense cases from inception through resolution.
- Client Representation: Represent healthcare professionals and institutions in complex litigation, including trials, depositions, and mediations.
- Legal Research & Writing: Conduct thorough legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Discovery & Depositions: Manage all aspects of discovery, including taking and defending depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
- Court Appearances: Represent clients in court, presenting arguments and evidence persuasively to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, legal advice, and strategic guidance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of skilled attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and ensure the best possible defense.
- Bar Admission: Must be licensed to practice in Illinois.
- Experience: 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on medical malpractice defense.
