Associate Attorney, Medical Malpractice - CyberCoders

This is a Hybrid in-office position, 3 days in office with 2 days remote

We're seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join our busy Chicago practice, where you'll work on complex cases and hone your skills alongside experienced professionals.

You'll Do

• Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of medical malpractice defense cases from inception through resolution.
• Client Representation: Represent healthcare professionals and institutions in complex litigation, including trials, depositions, and mediations.
• Legal Research & Writing: Conduct thorough legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Discovery & Depositions: Manage all aspects of discovery, including taking and defending depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Court Appearances: Represent clients in court, presenting arguments and evidence persuasively to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, legal advice, and strategic guidance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of skilled attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and ensure the best possible defense.
  
  

You bring!

• Bar Admission: Must be licensed to practice in Illinois.
• Experience: 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on medical malpractice defense.
