Job Details
Our practice areas focus on matters of real estate, construction and development, cannabis, partnership disputes, trademarks, administrative agency proceedings, and labor and employment disputes.
The ideal candidate will manage a varied caseload in federal and state court and have a working knowledge of the CPLR.
Responsibilities include legal research, drafting pleadings, letters, briefs, affidavits, and settlement agreements, drafting and responding to discovery requests, conducting meet-and-confers, taking and defending depositions, participating in hearings, conferences, and oral arguments, participating in mediations and arbitrations, and preparing and trying cases.
