Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel to health care providers on a broad range of health care issues, including regulatory compliance, risk management, and ethical issues.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support legal advice.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, policies, and agreements.
- Represent health care providers in legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, and administrative hearings.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to protect the rights and interests of health care providers.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare law and regulations to ensure legal advice is current and accurate.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure a consistent approach to legal advice and representation.
- Provide training and guidance to health care providers and other staff on legal issues related to health care.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 1 years of experience as an attorney
- Admitted to the state bar and in good standing in the state of Nevada.
- Extensive experience representing health care providers.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
- Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to healthcare.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
