We have partnered with a boutique firm in El Segundo that handles insurance litigation and counseling. Having been established for 20 years, this firm has very little turnover.

• Hybrid- few days in office per week, doesn’t care which days, flexible.
• Bonuses paid after 1850 per hour, dollar amount depends on billing rate

• Cases- typically assigned with 1 partner and 1 associate, with an assigned legal assistant.
• Very laid-back atmosphere
• 2 secretaries have excellent tenure, many years. Attorneys have worked with firm for over 5 years

Ideal Candidate-

• 1-10 years civil litigation experience


• Insurance coverage and bad faith experience preferred but not required
• Federal court litigation experience is strongly preferred but not required


• JD- ABA Accredited law school
• CA licensure in good standing
• Ability to respond to discovery, draft motions, appearances in court, taking and defending depositions
• Work independently and as a team
• Demonstrated research and writing skills

Compensation will depend on a combination of education and experience. Full benefits and bonus structure in place.
