Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
2. Must have a valid license to practice law in the state of Texas (Texas Bar Admission).
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in a fast-paced law firm environment.
4. Proven experience in handling a variety of legal cases, with a strong understanding of Texas laws and regulations.
5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft and review complex legal documents.
