ERISA/Executive Compensation Associate

Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Executive Compensation Team in New York, Washington DC or Houston.

The estimated salary for this position is $225,000-$365,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of experience (seeking law school class years 2019 - 2023)
• Experience in Executive Compensation and strong interest in the subject area
• Prior experience at a big law firm
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a team setting
• JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• Admitted to (or possessing the ability to waive into) the New York, D.C. or Texas Bar
