Specifically for our Assisted Living and Independent Living Community
Job Requirements
- Customer Service: Customer service will be the number one priority and focus of this position. The concierge will be tasked with addressed resident and family concerns as they occur, either at the bedside or via telephone. It will be up to the concierge to seek out resolutions involving other department directors, but ultimately being the one to relay information back to the appropriate parties, and in a timely manner.
- Greeting new admissions: Along with general customer service, it is also extremely important that new residents moving in feel welcome upon entering our facility. Should a new resident arrive during your shift, the concierge will meet the resident at the bedside to answer any immediate questions and ensure basic needs are met (i.e. water, food if during a meal time).
- Reception-related tasks: Our concierge will work closely with the front desk to ensure all reception-related tasks are being taken care of. The concierge will complete resident check-ins, and provide assistance with covering the front desk during meal breaks or in case of call-outs. Lastly, concierge will assist reception with delivery of mail and packages to the residents.
- Additional tasks as needed/necessary
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $15.13 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift. Preferred schedule would be: Tuesday through Saturday, 10am-6pm
Work Location: In person
