- Salary ranges from $75,000- $85,000 /year | Credit for experience will be given
As an Assisted Living Executive Director, you will significantly influence the organization by establishing a clear vision and strategic direction that prioritizes our resident's well-being and satisfaction. By fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence amongst our staff, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services tailored to the unique needs of each resident. Additionally, your commitment to community engagement and relationship-building will enhance the facility's reputation, attracting resources and support that further elevate the resident experience.
Schedule:
- Weekdays, 8:30am-5pm
- On-call 24/7 for Emergencies; available via phone
- Some holiday and weekend coverage needed
- Active SC Community Residential Care Facility Administrator License (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years working as an Executive Director (Required)
- Minimum of 5 years working in senior living management role (Required)
- High school diploma (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- Budgeting, financial mgt, P&L, flex budget to occupancy
- Marketing and public relations
