Assistant to Chief Executive Officer - The Paragon Collective

The Paragon Collective is one of the largest independent podcast networks. We are home to shows such as Just Trish, Good For You with Whitney Cummings, Whiskey Ginger, The Matan Show, and many more!

We are a small team, so this position would provide a large opportunity for growth, would be impactful, and would be working alongside the CEO daily.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate CEO's calendar
• Organize and build presentations, decks, and proposals
• Manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met and campaigns have successful outcomes
• Assist in additional admin duties
• Find and contact outbound leads
• Maintain up-to-date records in our internal database
• Coordinate onboarding calls between clients and podcast hosts
• Traffic and QA campaigns/creatives
• Check airchecks to ensure advertisements have been recorded and grade them based on internal rubrics

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the comedy podcast landscape
• A desire to build a career in podcast advertising
• An eagerness to learn
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• An understanding of online marketing and advertising terms and concepts or an ability to learn quickly
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively between projects
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment
• Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Critical thinking and common sense are a must
• Digital/Podcast Ad Operations/Entertainment experience is a plus
