What You'll Do:

• Lead and Support: Assist the Shift Foreman with daily tasks and fill in when needed.
• Mold and Equipment Setup: Manage mold changes, set up auxiliary equipment, and minimize downtime.
• Quality Oversight: Collaborate with Quality Inspectors to guarantee high standards.
• Team Supervision: Train and guide operators to follow work and packaging instructions.
• Safety First: Ensure all safety protocols are followed and report any concerns.

• Experience: Must have 2+ years in injection molding.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
