Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
Brand: Spirit Halloween
Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $17.25 (dependent upon qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and staff management.

Support the setup, merchandising, and teardown of the seasonal store.

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain store standards.

Train and supervise team members to achieve sales goals.

Assist in inventory management and loss prevention efforts.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or management experience preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Passion for Halloween and seasonal retail.
