Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Brand: Spirit Halloween

Hourly Rate: $17.50 - $20.95 (dependent upon qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and staffing.
• Support setup, merchandising, and teardown of the seasonal store.
• Train and supervise store associates to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Passion for the Halloween season and customer engagement.
