Their diverse collections for both men and women reflect contemporary trends for everyday wear. Currently, they are looking to expand their team by hiring an Assistant Site Merchandiser.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr – $28/hr

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Assistant Site Merchandiser with 1 – 3 years in the apparel industry. The ideal Assistant Site Merchandiser will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize online merchandising for our client.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Site Merchandiser:

Assist in product setup and execution of seasonal launches for assigned departments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance online strategy and implement site updates.
Track product statuses to ensure timely launches, coordinating with necessary teams.
Conduct audits of product pages to identify enhancement opportunities focused on customer experience.
Support competitive analysis and quality assurance for site functionality and updates.

Qualifications of the Assistant Site Merchandiser:

1 – 3 years of experience in digital retail merchandising or a related area.
Familiarity with digital, e-commerce, or buying organizations is a plus.
Strong business acumen and self-starter mentality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to work weekend and evening hours.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
