Job Overview:
An Assistant Site Manager is responsible for the non-clinical aspects of the day-to-day operations in a medical office environment.
Essential Functions:
- Assist site manager in supervision of patient scheduling, registration, medical records, billing, data entry and processing, and cash posting
- Promoting excellent customer service by all levels of the staff
- Assist in training a productive medical office team
- Collaborate and communicate with internal departments at Rendr
- Maintains and manages all filing and organizational systems for the practice
- Maintains staff records and assist in processing staff payroll
- Orders medical and office supplies
- Ensures patient satisfaction
- Troubleshoot complaint and develop process improvements to prevent recurrences
- Ensures regulatory compliance with HIPAA
- Coordinates staff meetings for administrative and clinical staff
- Ensures staffing is appropriate for day-to-day operations
- Other tasks as needed as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Chinese required
- High level of professionalism and strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills: kind, compassionate, patient interaction with patients and team
- Multitasking ability
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Prior experience working in medical/clinical setting required
- Familiarity with MDLand is a plus
