Job Title: Assistant Service Advisor

Purpose of Position: The assistant service advisor is primarily responsible for assisting the service advisors with the daily operations of the dealership's mechanical service department, focusing on inbound and outbound phone calls.

Responsibilities:

• Assist service advisors in managing customer inquiries and appointments.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications:
