Assistant Sample Coordinator
This individual will be responsible for assisting the Styling team with the preparation and organization of all shoots and special events by managing samples, creating seasonal documents for influencers and role models. Position requires the individual to be in office.
Responsibilities:
Assist Stylist Coordinator Assist in the organization and pack for lifestyle and swim shoots and fittings
Check in, hang and maintain the organization and arrival of all shoot and PR samples within the sample closet
Manage Lifestyle Samples and sample closet
Own the organization and Check-in of photoshoot samples each season
Manage the execution of laundry and restock post lifestyle shoots
Pull and restock samples as needed for retouching team post lifestyle shoot
Follow up on late arriving samples
Keep studio PDP area organized and stocked with accessories for shoot dates
Studio PDP Work with studio production to ensure the correct samples are pulled so that we can execute the best fit for all models
Pull product for studio scheduled still life and special projects
Social Assist stylist coordinator to pull product for video and still life photoshoots
PR: Create a seasonal document for Influencers and creative brand partners in order to facilitate creating looks and sending in season product to our partners
Pull samples and look for influencers and brand partners, care packages and special projects. Send and document all products sent out of the studio.
Qualifications:
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
Strong prioritization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
Work and communicate well with a diverse group of individuals at multiple levels
Minimum 2-year degree. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Fashion—related field preferred
Proficient in PC/MAC/Adobe Creative Suite Software
Candidate must have a proactive and “no job too small” attitude.
