Your Role
As the Personal Shopping Assistant Sales Experience Manager, you will be the Co-Leader for the Personal Shopping team in Bergdorf Goodman, ensuring that there is consistency in providing superior client service and ensuring that the team exceeds defined performance targets while delivering the Bergdorf Goodman experience. You will work on-site in the store and you will report to the Manager of Personal Shopping.
What You'll Do
- Promotes the vision and culture of the Personal Shopping team while championing Bergdorf Goodman values on a consistent basis
- Develop and achieve business goals, partnering with teams to devise creative and strategic solutions to increase sales
- Develops and strategizes with Bergdorf Goodman team to achieve sales goals
- With the Sales Experience Manager create and manage strategy to increase brand availability to all sellers
- Create and implement Client Strategies ensuring there is a clear vision for an Emerging Client Program in Bergdorf Goodman as well as a strategy for development and retention of current client relationships
- Leads the partnership and execution on all client facing events and experiences
- Keep proprietary info in Bergdorf Goodman. Utilizing the upmost discretion in all communication

- 5 + years of Luxury Retail Management Experience
