Job Title: Assistant Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Outside of Charlotte, NC

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000

We are working with a leading beef manufacturing plant committed to delivering the highest quality products to our customers. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join the team and ensure the operations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs.
• Ensure compliance with BRC, HACCP, and GMP standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.
• Train and supervise quality assurance staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve quality issues.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in beef manufacturing or BRC standards.
• Strong knowledge of BRC, HACCP, and GMP certifications.
• Proven ability to build and maintain quality programs.
• Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
