About the Job
Habitat America, seeks an experienced, professional Full Time Assistant Property Manager for The Leggett Apartments. The Leggett is a Tax Credit Community in the Montgomery County area under construction and about to begin lease up. This will be a fast paced role, prior lease up experience is desired! To fill this role, we looking to hire an experienced Tax Credit Assistant Manager.
The Assistant Property Manager must be able to step in the Property Manager role in their absence, therefore it is imperative that candidates have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communications skills and an attention to detail. To be considered for this position, candidates must have least 3 years of prior property management Tax Credit experience as a Assistant Community Manager. TCS certifications are a plus!

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have at least 3 years prior property management experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Property Manager
- Must have 3+ years Tax Credit Experience
- TCS certification is a plus!
- Experience with planning resident events and newsletter planning
- Yardi Software experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to work individually and meet deadlines
- Must be able to lead a team while being part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
- Must have an attention to detail for both the physical property and required Tax Credit paperwork
