You’ll bring with you -
- 3+ years commercial real estate property management experience; Industrial or office building experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Yardi experience a plus
- Excellent customer service skills & ability to work well with various levels of professionals
- Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Professional designation RPA, CPM, CMCP or CCIM is a plus
You’ll be focusing on these property management areas plus interacting with teammates and leadership in other areas of the company. The broad range of learning and experience you will be exposed to make this role a rare and exciting opportunity!
In Property Operations and Facilities, you’ll be –
- Conducting on-site reviews with each tenant to deliver an outstanding level of customer service
- Performing monthly inspections of the property interior and exterior, identifying any issues for improvement and ensuring liability issues are resolved quickly
- Handling service requests and preventative maintenance tasks, coordinating repairs and ensuring the work has been completed to full happiness, closing completed work orders
- Soliciting and maintaining service contracts for routine items, abstracting and maintaining all vendor contracts and purchase orders, maintaining current insurance certificates
- Assisting the Facilities Manager with bids for capital improvement while incorporating sustainable ideas and procedures
For Lease Administration, you’ll be -
- Reviewing and understanding all lease documents including leases, subleases, terminations, amendments, renewals, etc.
- Leading Accounts Receivable process including monthly reporting while assisting with tenant billing questions, preparing tenant ledgers, etc.
- Reviewing and approving invoices; assisting in reviewing and distributing monthly tenant statements and those items that need to be billed back to tenants
In Tenant Retention/relations you'll -
- Conduct visits with tenants in coordination with the property manager while coordinating requests with vendors to ensure all requests are handled timely
- Draft and send correspondence to tenants and other partners
