Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor project progress, track schedules, and report potential delays or issues.
Prepare, review, and distribute project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Maintain accurate project records, including budgets, contracts, and schedules.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure project milestones are met and maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with the project team to resolve construction challenges and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in commercial construction, with knowledge of project management principles.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
