Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee safety protocols for field personnel and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Monitor and enhance field labor productivity while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Manage project financials including budgeting, reporting, and cash flow.
- Coordinate material and equipment procurement to meet project requirements.
- Handle change orders and maintain strong relationships with clients and owners.
- Supervise project personnel and ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant construction experience, or a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or construction management.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Access, PowerPoint), Bluebeam Revu, Vista-Viewpoint (Project Management & Accounting), and Quotesoft Estimating Software.
- Attributes: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, capability to perform basic business math, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex instructions and handle technical data efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with employees, vendors, and clients.
- Must be able to handle physical demands related to project site conditions.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, adhering to safety and operational policies.
