At Parkside Utility, as an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll partner with internal divisions in the preparation, execution, and completion of projects and participates in the day-to-day activities of Parkside's Project Management function. This is under the direction of the Operations Management Team.

What you’ll do as an Assistant Project Manager:
- Assist senior project management leadership members with the day-to-day supervision, oversight and execution of plans supporting Fiber Telecommunication construction.
- Track department progress in achieving goals, proactively report on progress, and adjust associated strategies and processes, as appropriate.
- Provide feedback to cross-functional teams and fosters interactions with other departments to ensure the successful execution of all project management activities.
- Ensure that the organization's Project Management activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
- Read and analyze engineering drawings to create accurate bill of materials
- Train new team members on billing processes and procedures
- Complete data entry tasks across multiple platforms
What you’ll need
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Typically requires progressive experience in Project Management
- A bachelor’s degree in business, science or a related field
- Understanding of Fiber Telecommunications Construction
- Seasoned change management skills
- Expert interpersonal, communication and data management skill
Additional qualifications (if applicable)
- PMP Certification is a plus

Salary Range $70,000 - $90,000 / year
