Due to relocation, seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work ONSITE supporting PMs on cutting-edge commercial projects. Seeking high-performing construction professionals motivated to deliver a quality project exceeding client's expectations.Will assist with permits, RFIs, budget, project schedule, contracts, design coordination, meeting minutes, and weekly progress reports.

Must have 3+ yrs experience in

Florida

construction and proficient ProCore; degree in construction or related preferred. Seeking stable work history. professional presentation and clean background.

Salary

$80k-$100k + bonus + vehicle & cell allowance

100% paid
