Job Summary
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will assist our Project Management team in running jobs, meeting with clients and aid us in completing projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in running jobs, getting permits, inspections, assist in getting materials and other daily activities.
• Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process and assist with change orders
• Build relationships with Subcontractors, Vendors and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction industry trends, materials, and costs

• 1-3 years construction project experience preferred but not required.
• Must be reliable, prompt and excellent with customers.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices
• Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts
• Knowledge of construction site operations and safety regulations
