Assistant Pastry Chef Responsibilities:

• Prepares and plates desserts for banquets and restaurant.
• Decorates wedding cakes.
• Maintains inventory and storage of product.
• Adheres to state and local health and food safety regulations.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Assistant Pastry Chef Qualifications:

• Knowledge of basic culinary fundamentals.
• Must have organizational skills.
• Must have open availability including holidays and weekends.
• Must have knowledge of kitchen equipment.
• Premium cake decorating skills is a must.
