We are seeking a developed leader to support the business by communicating, tracking, training, and coaching all Hospitality Professionals on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals. Assistant Operations Manager will oversee employees in the development of business and in the continual pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating positive work culture. Assistant Operations Manager must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently. Assistant Operations Manager is an executive leader in the restaurant, is in constant contact with the leadership team and Owner/Operator, and is responsible for the overall flow of the restaurant.

Pay Type: Starting at $18/hr
- Commensurate on availability, experience, and years of service.
- Incentives and Bonuses available.
- Uncapped Earning Potential.
Schedule: Full-Time.
- Morning, Daytime, Evening, and Nighttime Shifts. (5:30am-11:30pm)
- Open Availability. Able to Open and/or Close.
- 40+ Hours per Week.

Requirements:
- MUST HAVE RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE.
- 3+ Years of Experience as a leader. (Chick-fil-A Experience Preferred)
- Self-lead individual that is committed to personal growth.
- Willingness to step outside of job role to assist in other roles.
- Effective and professional communicator.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.
- Proven ability to lead in quick-paced environments as part of a team.
- Basic computer competency.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Certificate.
- Must be comfortable using a POS system and other ordering technology.
- Must be comfortable using various pieces of cooking and service equipment.
- Ability to multitask without direction.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work outside for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient pace.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership.
- Customer Service-Oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Reports any severe employee performance and policy/procedure violations of Hospitality Professionals to the Director of Operations.
- Works with the leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels
- Achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
- Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and production support
- Responsible for inventory and facilities management
- Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 9 - hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
Duties:
- Work with the leadership team to ensure appropriate daily restaurant staffing levels.
- Achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks.
- Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all individuals with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
- Serve as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and production support.
- Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store.
- Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
- Serve as a Mentor and Coach.
- Communicate performance and policy violations.
- Responsible for inventory and facility management.
