ABOUT THE ROLE
This full-time bookkeeping position offers stability with a consistent schedule, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
As an Assistant Office Administrator - Bookkeeper, your day begins with purpose. You'll navigate payroll processing with precision, ensuring each team member's contributions are duly recognized. Seamlessly manage accounts payable and receivable, maintaining meticulous financial records. Your administrative expertise will shine as you provide essential support, ensuring the seamless flow of office operations. The minimum requirements to be considered:
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or administrative roles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (preferred)
- QuickBooks certification (preferred)
