Introduction:

We seek an Assistant Manager to join our team and assist in our business' day-to-day operations. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing a team of employees, overseeing the budget and financial performance of the Store, and developing and implementing strategies for growth and success. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of employees, including setting performance expectations, providing training and development, and managing employee relations

• Oversee the budget and financial performance of the company, including setting goals and monitoring results

• Develop and implement strategies for growth and success, including identifying new opportunities and improving existing processes

• Communicate effectively with other team members and management

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a management role

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Ability to adapt to changing business needs

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
