Pay Range: $22.00 - $27.00

Responsibilities: Ensures that company quality standards for food, beverage, and service are understood and being adhered to by all Team Members. Enforces company policies and procedures in accordance with Landmark Training and Team Member training workbooks, including safety and sanitation, security procedures, uniform policies, and cash handling procedures. Promotes company Mission at all times.
Directs the training, ongoing development, and mentoring of Team Members. Co-conducts reviews and counseling sessions of Team Members, including termination. Ensures that Team Member training program is followed. Promotes learning and skill improvement, provides leadership and team building.
Responsible for overall floor supervision. Sets up Shift Report, adjusts staffing levels as needed, communicates necessary information to crew on daily basis, and directs the daily activities of front end Team Members. Provides operational support to restaurant. Leads by example by living the Mission daily.
Creates and maintains positive relations with staff; provides leadership and empowers staff to make suggestions and solve problems. Maintains Open Door Policy by maintaining open communication with staff. Promotes atmosphere of teamwork and unity among staff. Follows up on staff suggestions and problems in timely manner.
Promotes sales growth through sales training of staff, incentive programs, and through positive Guest relations. Effects profitability by effectively controlling labor, food, beverage, and supply costs.
Conducts restaurant walk-throughs prior to opening and before dinner shift to ensure restaurant is ready for shift. Ensures that restaurant facility is clean and maintained to company standards. Assigns and checks sidework.
Ensures compliance with Health Dept., Labor and Industries, and Liquor Board regulations. Ensures that Safety Program is followed. Communicates and reinforces standards and regulations to all Team Members.
Organizes, purchases, and maintains inventory of assigned cost category, such as supplies, beverage program, retail merchandise, uniforms. Responsible for maintaining costs at or below budgeted percentages.
Assists General Manager and Assistant General Manager with record keeping and administrative duties, including sales and costs monitoring, inventory monitoring, invoice approval, maintaining personnel records, and payroll. Also responsible for maintaining training workbooks, handouts and tests and updating setup and side work duties.
