As an Assistant Management Trainee, you’ll work closely with our senior-level marketing and sales staff, mastering customer acquisition strategies, executing field marketing campaigns, and building sales pipelines. This role provides the opportunity to lead a team and oversee sales efforts for our clients in the Lombard market.

Responsibilities of an Assistant Management Trainee:

• Initiate the sales process by regularly meeting with customers to review the latest telecommunications and product offerings.
• Generate revenue by closing sales, creating referral pipelines, and promoting brand loyalty among customers.
• Assist in the daily promotion of our partner’s most up-to-date products and services.
• Transition into a Senior Level Account Manager role by mastering the sales cycle and team management responsibilities.
• Conduct background research to better understand the market and identify areas for improvement.
• Train new team members to follow and execute company procedures with confidence and professionalism.
• Enhance customer service skills to improve client relations and positively represent the company.

Minimum Qualifications of an Assistant Management Trainee:

• Related experience in a sales or leadership role.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a results-driven attitude.
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort engaging with clients.
• Adaptability to thrive in different settings and environments.
• Business or Management-related degree highly preferred.
