IN THE ROLE 

• Deliver results related to individual and branch salesand collectionsgoals as well as customerexpectations  

• Develop new relationships – andmaintainexisting relationships - working with customers throughout the loan process and loan lifecycle  

• Present financial solutions, based on customer needs, that meet theirgoals  

• Present customers withoptional insurance products available  

• Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clearunderstanding  

• Learn how toutilizecredit underwriting techniques and salestools  

• Manage the life cycle of the loan, includingclosing loans,collections activities,complying withall laws andregulations  

• Assistin the trainingand coachingof Branch Team Membersandprovide interim leadership in Branch Managerabsences 

Requirements 

• HS Diploma/GED 

• Provenexperience in achieving establishedbusiness goals andobjectives 

• Experience in financial servicesleadership  

• Current insurance licensure in state 

Preferred  

• Bachelor’sdegree in business,financeor related field  

• Bilingual: Spanish 

Target base salary range is $23.00-$27.00,which is based onvarious factorsincluding skills and work experience.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.  

Location:On site   

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.
