Our managers are the backbone of our restaurants. We couldn’t do it without you! Day-to-day, you’ll:
Lead shifts, assisting and working alongside crew members
Provide smiling, friendly service to guests
Partner with your GM to lead the team and meet daily goals
Help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
Train, coach, and develop successful team members
Prepare delicious southern foods (did someone say chicken? )
Create a fun work environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and valued
