What You’ll Do:

As the Assistant Manager, you’ll be an essential part of our studio’s success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspire and Lead: Partner with the Studio Manager to coach and motivate a team of Flexologists and sales associates, empowering them to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Drive Studio Growth: Develop and execute local marketing strategies, outreach initiatives, and sales efforts to grow memberships and exceed studio targets.
• Foster Community: Build a welcoming, inclusive environment where clients feel supported and connected.
• Oversee Operations: Manage daily studio operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and adherence to StretchLab’s high standards for quality and client satisfaction.

✨ Who You Are:

We’re looking for an energetic leader who’s ready to make a meaningful impact:

• Proven Leadership: Experience in a management or leadership role, ideally in fitness, wellness, or retail.
• Sales and Service Mindset: A natural ability to connect with clients, drive sales, and help people achieve their wellness goals.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to foster teamwork and ensure smooth studio operations.
• Wellness Advocate: A deep passion for health and wellness, with a desire to learn about assisted stretching and share that knowledge with others.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfort using AI-driven tools to optimize operations and enhance client experiences is a plus.
