Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including hiring, supervising, and supporting staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service, proper stocking, and cleanliness of the store.
- Lead the implementation and management of the food program.
- Serve as a role model for the team by displaying a sense of urgency, patience, and professionalism.
- Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Retail or food service experience
- Management or supervisory experience
- Recruiting and hiring skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
Physical Requirements:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds overhead and occasionally up to 60 pounds from ground to waist.
- Push/pull with up to 20 pounds of force.
- Bend, twist, and reach to manage inventory and store operations.
- Use hands for grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects.
- Occasionally climb ladders for storing or retrieving materials and placing signs.
