Description: Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage schedules, sequences, and assignments for tasks, considering work priority, equipment quantity, and personnel skills.
- Inspect work areas, tools, and equipment to identify unsafe conditions or procedural violations.
- Evaluate employee performance and monitor work levels.
- Uphold and promote the company’s cultural initiatives.
- Review and adjust preventative maintenance schedules with supervisors, trainers, and planners as needed.
- Analyze KPIs to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. Ensure accurate data entry in the EAM system.
- Oversee the learning program, conducting annual reviews with maintenance leadership and trainers. Ensure timely completion of work orders. .
- Coordinate with various departments to schedule plant downtime for projects.
- Maintain fair and consistent accountability among employees with the leadership team.
- Ensure the team is well-trained in safety, repair, maintenance techniques, operational procedures, and equipment use.
- Maintain cleanliness in maintenance areas, including the shop, electrical room, parts room, and other areas used by the maintenance team.
- Supervise maintenance personnel and workers involved in equipment repair and preventive maintenance.
- Use data to assess the effectiveness of the maintenance program and make necessary adjustments, considering factors like downtime, scrap, PM completion, and breakdown calls.
- Manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Oversee parts room inventory.
- Adhere to and enforce safety, food safety, and quality regulations and policies.

Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED;
- Bachelor's Degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university and three to five years related supervisory experience and/or training, preferred;
- Associates Degree and five to seven years related supervisory experience and/or training;
- Seven to ten years related supervisory experience without Bachelor’s Degree.
