Assistant General Counsel-Litigation - The PeterSan Group and PeterSan Legal Staffing

Our client, a long-term, low-cost provider of liquefied natural gas, is seeking a litigator who will manage and oversee various active disputes on behalf of the company and advise internal clients on pre-dispute, legal, compliance, and risk-management matters. This is an outstanding opportunity for a lawyer with litigation and arbitration experience in energy and infrastructure disputes to contribute to the company’s growing business. International arbitration experience is a plus. This is an on-site role and will offer relocation to the DC area, if needed.

Applicants must have the following qualifications in order to be considered:

-Five to ten years of construction litigation experience with a major law firm

-A strong academic record from top schools

-Ability to partner with all levels of senior management
