Description
The Assistant Event Coordinator will support the planning, organization, and execution of events for Exchangadisc. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can assist in event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event management. The ideal candidate is passionate about event planning, highly organized, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of Exchangadisc’s events, including community outreach, promotional events, and brand partnerships.
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure contracts, set up services, and manage relationships.
- Prepare event materials, signage, and supplies, ensuring all items are ready for event day.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support event-related needs, such as marketing materials, schedules, and team assignments.
- Help manage event logistics, including setup, registration, and breakdown.
- Track and manage event budgets, ensuring expenses align with allocated resources.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
