Experience Assistant Director of Nursing Needed!!!

Salary: up to $130K per year (based on experience)

Requirements:

•     Must have New York RN license
•     Must have prior Assistant Director of Nursing experience in long term care
•     Must be a leader and team player
•     Must have great written and verbal communication
•     Must be aware of all state/federal regulations

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising nursing staff in the facility
• Assist in development and implementation of nursing policy and procedure
• Ensuring there is adequate nursing staff, and that the staff's skills remain current/educating nursing staff
• Being knowledgeable of incidents at the facility
• Assessing the health needs of each resident
