As an Assistant Director of Nursing you are assisting the Director of Nursing (D.O.N) in the planning, development and overall operation of the Nursing Department which ensures Guests receive quality care 24 hours a day.  As an Assistant Director of Nursing you are at the heart of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by assisting with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, assisting with setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, ensuring the nursing department is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

1. As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse, RN license.
2. Three (3) years experience as a Registered Nurse in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
3. Prior experience managing a nursing department.
