Responsibilities
In collaboration with the Director of Neuroscience/Musculoskeletal and with considerable latitude for exercise of independent judgment: organizes, implements, monitors, controls and evaluates the program of nursing practice with the Director for multiple areas and service lines that include Neuro ICU/Mobile Stroke unit/Neuro Med/Surg units, Orthopaedics, Rehab units, and the opening of a new TBI unit. RN with Master’s Degree in Nursing, MBA or MHA. Five or more year’s leadership/management experience in an academic medical center or tertiary setting. Acute care experience preferred.
**Qualifications**
Master's Degree in Nursing and 5 or more years nursing experience in nursing leadership/management in an academic medical center or tertiary setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience. NYS RN license and current CPR BLS certification required.

**Pay Range**
Pay Range: $49.50 - $74.25
_The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process._
