Requirements
You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:
- Are at least 18 years old, have the ability to pass a background check, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have experience in a licensed childcare center. Additionally, fulfill one of the following: 12 credit hours from an accredited college with 6 credits in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development (CD), possess a degree in ECE or CD, or hold a NAC, CDA, or CCP certification.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
