To qualify for this position, you must:
- Be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN), or LPN in good standing with the state of Maryland (required)
- You should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in skilled nursing
- Background as a charge nurse or floor nurse.
- Demonstrated leadership skills (required)
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team (required)
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing home regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to residents (required)
