Assistant Controller - Creative Financial Staffing

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure integrity of company financials.
• Report actuals and forecast as well as consolidations and analysis.
• Conduct and review compilation and distribution of reports to corporate and management team. Incentive calculations and review as well.
• Roadmap and market segment reporting as well as preparing monthly operations meeting package.
• Responsible for SOX compliance, as well as compliance with lease reporting standards and revenue recognition.
• Monitor, analyze and report on inventory valuation, production and various other costs.
• Review and analyze financial reports for all divisions and identify potential cost reductions.
• Work closely with various departments to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and deliver top-notch outcomes.
• Comfort with international travel required.

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 7+ years of hands-on, related work experience
• Proven experience in manufacturing industry
• Strong track record of commitment and success in previous roles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are a must
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
