What we are looking for:
We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to assist First Atlantic Federal Credit Union to live out our Mission and Vision by working directly with the VP of Branch Operations and Services and the Branch Manager to provide the best value financial services to members by providing outstanding service to both external and internal members.
Job Summary
The Assistant Branch Manager will assist the Branch Manager in providing leadership to the bank through efficient daily operations in all areas of banking service. Facilitates customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools, and resources. A key component of this service is to identify the financial needs of the member and recommend an appropriate credit union solution, schedules and supervises member service specialists, in daily tasks and operations, assists manager in efforts to reach profit, performance, and member service goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent math and accounting skills.
- Excellent personal and professional leadership skills.
- Understanding of banking regulatory matters and procedures for proper operation.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software programs.
Education and/or Experience
High school graduate or GED or two - three years' experience
Associate degree or bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent banking industry experience.
