Asset Specialist - Digital Merchandising

Description:
This position is responsible for overseeing all internal and external product data related to eComm asset development. The Asset Specialist is accountable for the synchronization and analysis of all active eComm items receiving content support. This position will work closely with Company's eComm production team, RI Project Managers, and Global Marketing.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop effective working relationships with internal cross-functional teams.
- Assist in identifying critical delays and/or problems related to asset deliverables.
- Support lead item portfolio, as well as secondary EU priority submissions.
- Maintain data feeds between internal systems and ensure reporting alignment between eComm tracker + GMS database.
- Monitor, log, and communicate data changes
- Troubleshoot errors
- Deliver ad hoc reporting
- Execute quarterly asset audits
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- PC and/or Mac skills
- Experience with Final Cut Pro, Premiere, and Photoshop
Required Education:
• 3+ years of experience in digital merchandising for ecommerce business
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising or related field, or equivalent
General design experience working in Photoshop
