• Assembly Technician Description

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret blueprints and schematics to understand detailed instructions and specifications.
  • Assemble and manufacture components, ensuring alignment of parts manually or with hoists.
  • Use hand tools or machines to accurately assemble parts and subassemblies.
  • Record production times and assess costs to maintain efficiency.
  • Monitor output to ensure the highest quality standards are met consistently.
  • Maintain adherence to safety and efficiency standards in all tasks.
  • Promptly report issues or concerns to management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow and productivity are maintained.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Qualifications:

  • Experience with blueprint reading and assembly processes is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use hand tools and operate assembly machines effectively.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform assembly tasks and stand for extended periods.
